Job summary

Experis in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Production Support professional to join our client’s finance regulatory reporting and data sourcing initiatives. You will lead day-to-day production support across Informatica, SQL Server, Oracle, and Unix-based systems.

The ideal candidate has 4–10 years of production support experience in financial services, strong Unix/Linux and Windows skills, and hands-on knowledge of Dynatrace and Splunk.

Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years of production support experience within financial services, preferably supporting regulatory reporting environments.
• Strong technical expertise in Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with SQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience with shell scripting, Python, and Perl.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production support activities across platforms including Informatica, MS SQL Server, Oracle, and Unix-based systems.
• Monitor and maintain the health, availability, and performance of production applications using tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Manage batch scheduling and orchestration using Autosys, Quartz, or Airflow.
• Own incidents end-to-end, including triage, root cause analysis, resolution, stakeholder communication, and prevention of recurrence.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
