Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years of production support experience in financial services.
• Strong Unix/Linux and Windows operating system expertise.
• Proficiency with SQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience with shell scripting, Python, and Perl.
• Hands-on monitoring with Dynatrace and Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production support activities across platforms including Informatica, MS SQL Server, Oracle, and Unix-based systems.
• Monitor and maintain the health, availability, and performance of production applications using Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Manage batch scheduling and orchestration using Autosys, Quartz, or Airflow.
• Own incidents end-to-end, including triage, root cause analysis, resolution, stakeholder communication, and recurrence prevention.
• Support core production service functions such as incident & problem management, change & configuration management, and capacity & availability management.
