Qualifications

• 10+ years of Production Support experience.
• Experience in Market Risk domain is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and UNIX/Linux.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve business queries for Market Risk support.
• Manage user query mailbox and ensure timely responses.
• Resolve feed and batch issues, monitor alerts and jobs.
• Use ITSM/ITRS/JIRA/DynaTrace/Splunk for reporting and updates.
• Coordinate with development teams and manage incidents/escalations.
• Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer.
