Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial supervisory or similar leadership experience.
• Prefer 3+ years of experience in operations in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely manufacture a quality product while meeting customer specifications and delivery commitments.
• Practice and follow 6s principles and maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Ensure safety requirements, SOPs, and engineering procedures are followed.
• Schedule employees to meet production needs and manage vacations per plant policy.
• Provide supervision and coaching to department employees to meet daily metrics.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering

MS or MBA desirable
