Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial supervisory or similar leadership experience.
• Willing to work flexible hours including off-shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely manufacture a quality product meeting customer specs and delivery commitments.
• Practice 6S daily and maintain high housekeeping in the department.
• Schedule employees to meet production needs and manage vacation time per plant policy.
• Provide supervision and coaching to meet or exceed daily metrics and goals.
• Control cost, throughput, and inventory while maintaining quality standards.
