Job summary

Precision Castparts is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 10pm–10am shift in Wickliffe, OH. You will oversee a diverse set of manufacturing processes, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive 6S practices while supervising hiring, training, and performance reviews.

You will coordinate shift staffing, coach the team toward daily targets, and manage cost, throughput, and quality metrics to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering (MS/MBA desirable).
• Experience supervising industrial operations for 3+ years.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and shifts with strong communication.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely manufacture products meeting quality and delivery specs.
• Lead and develop production team across shifts; hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Implement 6S, safety, and process requirements consistently.
• Schedule personnel to align with production needs and vacations.
• Monitor metrics like cost, throughput, and quality controls daily.
