Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet goals.
• Schedule staffing and manage labor costs.
• Train employees and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment running.
• Hold safety meetings and address violations promptly.
• Communicate targets and achievements via a Production Board.
• Prepare daily production reports and paperwork accurately.
• Move employees between work stations to meet requirements.
• Fill in and assist with other positions as needed.
