Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Oversee ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production targets.
• Ensure adequate staffing via scheduling and manage labor costs.
• Ensure employees are trained and production quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Uphold safety by addressing safety issues and coordinating with the Plant Manager.
• Generate production reports and communicate targets to staff.
