Qualifications

• At least 3 years production experience in a related production environment

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet daily/weekly production goals
• Exhibit sound leadership in Crown Laundry culture
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to ensure production goals are met
• Work in collaboration with maintenance to maintain equipment
• Uphold safety by ensuring monthly safety committee meetings are held
• Track and communicate production targets and achievements to employees
• Responsible for ensuring production formulas and processes are documented, taught and followed
• Generate reports and liaise with office staff for paperwork and reporting
