Qualifications

• At least 3 years Production experience in a related production environment, preferably in a lead position

• Familiarity with production safety regulations/issues

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Schedule staffing and manage labor costs as directed.
• Ensure employees are trained and meet quality standards.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Uphold safety by monthly safety committee meetings and address violations.
• Communicate production targets and achievements via a Production Board and department meetings.
• Complete daily production reports and assist with new hire paperwork as needed.
