Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor responsible for safe, cost-efficient operations across Production, Soil room, and Washroom departments. You will oversee staffing, training, and daily output, while upholding quality standards and company policies.

You will partner with Maintenance to keep equipment running, lead by example, and ensure safety through regular committee meetings, reporting production metrics and acting to meet targets.

Qualifications

• The ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without an accommodation.
• At least 3 years Production experience in a related production environment, preferably in a lead position
• Solid leadership acumen
• Excellent organizational skills
• Has succeeded at a job that required attention to detail, flourishing in a fast pace and measuring/communicating results
• Exceptional internal collaboration skills
• Familiarity with production safety regulations/issues

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production goals.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment running.
• Hold monthly safety committee meetings and address safety issues.
• Communicate production targets and achievements via a Production Board.
• Complete production reports daily for the supervised team.
• Fill in other positions as needed to meet production goals.
