Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost targets. You will oversee hourly staff, align with maintenance, engineering, quality, and supply chain to maintain an efficient manufacturing environment.

This role provides planned development toward future operations leadership and opportunities to apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement in a high-volume facility.

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2+ years in manufacturing including internships.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production metrics, and workflow optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, technical problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and quality compliance standards/systems.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop production team members to meet performance expectations.
• Conduct daily shift meetings, assign tasks, and ensure proper staffing.
• Manage attendance, discipline, and performance evaluations in alignment with company policies.
• Promote a positive, safe, and collaborative team culture.
• Oversee daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
