Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. You will oversee hourly employees and collaborate with maintenance, engineering, quality, and supply chain to sustain an efficient manufacturing environment.

This role is an entry into future operations leadership, with emphasis on Lean principles, continuous improvement, and ERP/MRP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and field-related coursework.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams and driving improvements.
• Strong understanding of production metrics and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
• Monitor KPIs such as throughput, scrap, downtime, labor efficiency and OEE; adjust schedules as needed.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and OSHA requirements; support root-cause investigations.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma or CI initiatives and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, quality, and supply chain to optimize production.
