Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and on‑time delivery. You will oversee hourly staff, manage workflow, and collaborate with maintenance, engineering, quality, and supply chain to sustain an efficient manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Oversee hourly production employees, manage workflow and staffing to ensure performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, quality, and supply chain to maintain an efficient and safe environment.
• Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Maintain shift documentation and production records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
