Job summary

Innovative Health LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee all activities in the Operations department, drive process improvements, and align production with demand. The role focuses on implementing SOPs, coaching staff, and collaborating with R&D for production rollout.

The ideal candidate has Lean/Six Sigma expertise, a Bachelor's degree, and proven leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, with a strong emphasis on achieving KPI targets and cost control.

Qualifications

• Develop, implement, and improve standard operating procedures for operations.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching for improvements.
• Mentor supervisors and encourage feedback from team members.
• Participate in senior management decisions on hiring, policy changes, goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities within the Operations department and ensure alignment with production schedules.
• Coordinate with R&D to support production implementation and process development.
• Monitor KPIs for efficiency and cost, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of operation staff and supervisors.
