Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to learn and operate computerized production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production employees through clear communication and direction.
• Monitor daily production, quality, efficiency, and waste performance.
• Develop action plans to improve productivity and reduce scrap and waste.
• Support equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
• Assist with employee scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance management.
• Coordinate with other departments to support production and customer requirements.
• Support process improvements, product trials, and other operational initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees.
• Participate in safety, quality, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
