Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. seeks a Supervisor Maintenance to lead the maintenance function, ensure preventive maintenance, and drive equipment reliability for maximum production capacity.

This role reports to the Maintenance Manager and emphasizes safety, quality, and cost control across the facility. You will manage a team, champion continuous improvement, and collaborate with production to implement efficiency gains while maintaining GMP and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
• 5-7 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Proven leadership in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and ensure compliance to health & safety policies and GMPs.
• Lead and direct the work of other employees.
• Improve manufacturing processes to reduce bottlenecks and improve throughput.
• Coordinate installation of new equipment to maximize production efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
