Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Pennsylvania is seeking a Production Supervisor to drive manufacturing results, own line performance, and collaborate with maintenance to meet quality, safety, and productivity goals.

You will lead start-ups, coach operators, and push continuous improvement across all lines. The role requires an engineering degree with four years in production or engineering, strong leadership in a fast-paced setting, and Lean manufacturing and SQF knowledge.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in an engineering field and 4 years of production/engineering experience.
• Strong leadership abilities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Food/beverage manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems a plus.
• Lean manufacturing and food safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Improve line performance and reduce downtime across all lines.
• Lead safety and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with maintenance for PMs and changeovers.
• Develop training plans and track effectiveness.
• Lead line startups and support product changes.
