Job summary
Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Pennsylvania is seeking a Production Supervisor to drive manufacturing results, own line performance, and collaborate with maintenance to meet quality, safety, and productivity goals.
You will lead start-ups, coach operators, and push continuous improvement across all lines. The role requires an engineering degree with four years in production or engineering, strong leadership in a fast-paced setting, and Lean manufacturing and SQF knowledge.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in an engineering field and 4 years of production/engineering experience.
- Strong leadership abilities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Food/beverage manufacturing experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems a plus.
- Lean manufacturing and food safety knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Improve line performance and reduce downtime across all lines.
- Lead safety and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with maintenance for PMs and changeovers.
- Develop training plans and track effectiveness.
- Lead line startups and support product changes.
