Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Production Supervisor to report to the Operations Manager and oversee the production of finished goods, sub-assemblies, and components. You will supervise schedules, ensure product quality, and maintain safety and productivity on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include analyzing schedules for material and labor needs, coordinating with plant management, maintaining records, and fostering team morale while ensuring on-time delivery and KPI targets are met.

Qualificações

• Two years of experience as a Line Leader or similar in a production environment.
• Thorough knowledge of products manufactured at assigned plants and of assembly methods.
• Ability to plan and oversee production schedules with supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the production of finished goods, sub-assemblies and components.
• Analyze schedules to determine material and labor requirements for on-time delivery.
• Maintain productivity and quality levels, manage equipment and labor use.
• Maintain a safe workplace and enforce discipline/attendance as needed.
• Maintain employee records and production data; support plant management in communication.
• Foster good morale and effective dialogue with employees and external personnel.
