Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead the Final Side operations. You will supervise a 10-person team, drive productivity, and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced automotive-adjacent manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, coaching, and coordinating with quality, maintenance, and engineering to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with IATF 16949 quality systems.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to meet daily production goals and performance expectations
• Plan, schedule, and assign personnel to ensure efficient production flow
• Monitor production performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements
• Enforce standardized work, quality procedures, and safety protocols
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring PPE and equipment use
• Train team members and ensure required skill levels are achieved and sustained
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering to resolve issues and improve processes
• Support production needs by adjusting priorities and stepping in as needed
• Oversee staffing of machines and processes to ensure optimal efficiency
• Manage employee time, attendance, and scheduling through ADP
• Coordinate jig changes, first-piece verification, and communication of quality alerts
