Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and coach line operators and production staff.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to maintain production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance when needed.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Foster a team-oriented work environment to achieve company objectives.

Education

Associate or bachelor’s degree
