Job summary

Voltage Energy is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities on the floor, ensuring safe, efficient execution and adherence to the production plan.

You will supervise Area Leads and hourly staff, manage shift staffing, monitor KPIs such as OEE, and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and EHS to sustain startup, ramp-up, and full-capacity operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of production leadership or supervision.
• Experience leading hourly manufacturing employees.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience executing production schedules and managing daily production priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities for assigned lines, areas, or shifts.
• Monitor production performance and adjust labor as needed to meet targets.
• Escalate significant operational issues to Production Manager.
• Ensure safety, quality, and SOP adherence on the floor.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, Supply Chain, EHS and HR.
