Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production and bagging operations in a manufacturing setting. You will provide day-to-day leadership to the production team, coordinate activities, monitor inventory, ensure equipment is well maintained, and assist with operating production and material-handling equipment as needed.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory role in production, manufacturing, or similar industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose basic equipment issues.
• Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a production team independently and direct daily activities.
• Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising bagging or packaging lines.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems or production management software.
• Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and production/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production and bagging activities to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Monitor output, product quality, equipment performance, and downtime; adjust as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements to reduce downtime, waste, and costs.
• Supervise and train production and bagging staff; provide direction and coaching.
• Enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; conduct routine safety inspections.
• Oversee preventative maintenance on production equipment and conduct regular inspections.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and supplies; coordinate material movements.
