• Plan and coordinate daily production and maintenance activities to meet goals and customer needs.
• Communicate priorities with foremen and team members to align resources.
• Create assignments and set expectations for efficient workflow.
• Monitor schedules, resources, and capacity; adjust as needed.
• Maintain inventory of non-inventory production and maintenance supplies.
• Track performance, metrics, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead daily start-up meetings and ongoing daytime communications.
• Engage on the production floor to support staff and answer questions.
• Ensure quality standards across all production processes.
• Train staff on safety, equipment operation, and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with managers to identify and implement improvements.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching conversations.
• Identify training opportunities to boost performance and engagement.
• Promote safety through training and continuous process improvement.
• Monitor attendance and manage vacation requests.
• Complete data entry and maintain records in electronic systems.
• Coordinate EHS responsibilities, inspections and trainings.
• Participate in safety, strategy, and operations meetings.
• Assist with candidate interviews and onboarding.
