Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities across two plants, ensuring uninterrupted supply and safe, efficient operations. You will work closely with the Plant Manager and hourly staff to optimize throughput and inventory in SAP, while supporting Capex submissions for Colorado operations.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of related leadership experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Coordinate planning with plant manager and hourly workforce.
• Investigate anomalies and perform repairs or adjustments as needed.
• Conduct daily plant inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation of operations and logs.
• Communicate financial goals to team and drive daily output.
