Job summary

Amrize in Daniels, CO seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production across two portable plants (Road Base and rip-rap), coordinating with the Plant Manager and hourly workforce to ensure uninterrupted supply while maintaining a strong safety culture.

The role includes driving efficiencies, managing Capex submissions for the Colorado Front Range Aggregates business, and overseeing SAP inventory control. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience required.
• Three to five years of related experience with demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor plant activities including equipment maintenance.
• Support production scheduling to achieve timely and efficient output.
• Investigate abnormal events or equipment failures and implement repairs/modifications.
• Perform daily plant inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Analyze operations data and adjust configurations for cost-effective service.
• Oversee site safety for all personnel and visitors.
• Document operations in logs and incident reports; maintain clear communications.
