Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production at two portable plants in Colorado. You’ll coordinate activities, optimize schedules, and maintain strong safety standards while ensuring on-time delivery to customers.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience or a bachelor’s degree, with strong communication and MS Office skills; SAP experience is helpful. The position is based on-site in Daniels, CO and includes competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of related production supervision experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; proficient in MS Office.
• SAP experience is helpful for inventory and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate and plan daily production activities across two plants.
• Ensure uninterrupted supply and timely delivery to customers.
• Work with Plant Manager and hourly workforce to improve efficiency and safety.
• Monitor inventory levels in SAP and submit Capex projects for approval when needed.
• Maintain accurate operation logs, safety practices and regulatory compliance.
