Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities across two portable plants, ensuring uninterrupted supply and safety compliance. You will work with the Plant Manager and hourly staff to optimize efficiency and contribute to Capex project submissions in SAP.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience, 3–5 years of leadership, and strong MS Office skills. SAP experience is a plus, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in supervision with demonstrated leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor plant activities including equipment maintenance.
• Support timely and efficient production schedules with the team.
• Investigate abnormal events or equipment failures and implement fixes.
• Perform daily plant inspections and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain safety culture and documentation of operations.
