Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities across two portable plants in Colorado. The role ensures uninterrupted supply, safety, and efficient scheduling while coordinating with the Plant Manager and hourly workforce.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in duties and responsibilities specified.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates and monitors plant activities, including equipment maintenance.
• Supports timely and efficient production schedules.
• Investigates abnormal events or equipment failures and performs repairs/modifications as needed.
• Performs daily plant inspections and ensures safety compliance.
• Maintains documentation in logs and incident reports.
