Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities across two portable plants, one producing Road Base and the other rip-rap, ensuring uninterrupted supply and safety. You will work with the Plant Manager and hourly staff to improve efficiency and uphold a strong safety culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent experience, 3–5 years of leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of related production leadership experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities across two portable plants.
• Coordinate schedules and maintain a safe, efficient operation.
• Monitor equipment; investigate and address issues as they arise.
• Maintain production documentation and KPIs; support inventory in SAP.
