Memphis Goodwill Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager - Production to oversee donor door, donation production, and staff training under the Store Manager. The role supports day-to-day store operations and ensures 100% world-class customer service.

The ideal candidate has prior retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with basic computer systems. Occasional cross-training and participation in team activities are expected.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years of management/supervisory experience in a business (retail) setting preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Mansioni

• Supervises and performs all job responsibilities within the retail store, including but not limited to: customer service, store opening/closing, hiring, training, development, supervision and evaluation of staff.
• Ensures good stewardship of donations through proper handling and processing of donation flow in and out of the store.
• Schedules labor and payroll in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Responsible for image, maintenance, loss prevention and security.
• Orders and maintains supplies for designated areas within the store budget.
• Completes Monthly Safety Site Inspection, purchase and supply orders, meeting minutes, and required reports (End of Day, Unprocessed, donor counts).
• Schedules team members in ADP at least two weeks in advance.
• Ensures donations leaving the store meet qualifications for E-Commerce and Waste.
