The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing labor costs, and maintaining store standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential, with experience in retail management and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum of management/supervisory experience in retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor door, donation production and staff training.
• Hire, train, develop, supervise, and evaluate team members per policy.
• Manage opening/closing, labor, and payroll per policy.
• Ensure world-class customer service and store image.
• Maintain safety, security, inventory, and required reports.
