Job summary

Memphis Goodwill Inc. in Southaven, MS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager – Production to supervise donor intake, production, and training of front-line staff while supporting daily store operations.

Under Store Manager guidance, you will hire, train, schedule, and evaluate team members, ensure donation quality and compliance, and uphold excellent customer service and store security.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management/supervisory experience in retail preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor door, donation production and training of team members; support day-to-day store operations.
• Hire, train, develop, supervise and evaluate assigned team members under Store Manager guidance.
• Ensure 100% world-class customer service and maintain store image, maintenance, loss prevention and security.
• Schedule labor and payroll in accordance with company policies; manage required reports (End of Day, donor counts, etc.).
• Place and maintain supplies within designated budget; ensure donations meet qualifications for E-Commerce and Waste."
• Cross-train to assist as needed for Sales Floor; participate in meetings and training; comply with guiding principles and core values.
