Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee daily production and drive sales-support activities. You will schedule crews, manage production staff, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced environment. Travel and overtime are expected as needed.

This role partners with Sales to develop strategies, identifies customers, and maintains strong customer expectations. The position requires a college degree and experience in P&L responsibilities, with a focus on safety compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee load in/load out, scheduling and dispatch of installer crews.
• Develop daily operational strategy for the production department.
• Manage daily activities of production staff to meet schedules and safety guidelines.
• Assist sales with closing sales on products and services.
• Identify prospective customers and follow up on leads.
• Maintain and communicate safety programs to customers.
