Job summary

TruTeam in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Production Manager who will own all aspects of the location’s production department, visiting sites, directing schedules, and driving customer satisfaction and growth. You will lead a team of installers, handle HR tasks from hiring to performance development, and pursue new business while protecting margin and profitability.

The role requires leadership, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 4+ years of managerial experience; prefer construction/installation/trades.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle.
• Flexible schedule may include evenings and weekends as required by job demand.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production schedules at the location, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage a team of installers and oversee HR tasks including hiring, onboarding, and performance development.
• Solicit new business while maintaining required margin levels and profitability.
• Travel locally as required; maintain safety and efficiency in production operations.
