Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a Production Manager to take full responsibility for the location’s production department. You will visit work sites, coordinate schedules and direct production to ensure customer satisfaction while seeking new business opportunities.

You will also support the Branch Manager and drive performance improvements across operations. The role requires 4+ years of managerial experience (construction/installation/trades preferred), a valid driver’s license, and bilingual

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit work sites, direct and coordinate production schedules.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and solicit new business.
• Support Branch Manager and improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability.
• Manage a team and HR tasks including interviewing, onboarding, performance management and development.
