Job summary

TruTeam in Dallas, TX, is seeking a supervisory leader to support the Branch Manager in improving performance, productivity, and profitability. This role will manage installers, oversee HR activities, and drive new business while maintaining current accounts.

The position is safety sensitive with local travel and flexible schedules as required. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of managerial experience, is at least 18, and holds a valid driver's license if driving for company purposes.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager to improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability
• Manage a team and monitor installers’ processes and procedures
• Handle human resources activities including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management and development
• Solicit new business at required margin levels while maintaining existing business
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned
