Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. is seeking a supervisor to oversee Production activities and, at times, act as Supervisor in Charge of the facility. The role focuses on guest and donor service while enforcing ESGW policies and procedures.

Cross-training across all aspects of Goodwill is required to adapt to changing priorities. The position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to move between assignments as priorities change.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of prior experience preferred.
• Cross-training across retail and production operations required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production activities to meet goals.
• Serve as Supervisor in Charge when needed.
