Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. in West Jordan, UT is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in a dynamic facility.

The role requires guiding staff to meet goals while maintaining a strong guest and donor service level. You will enforce company policies, participate in cross-training across departments, and adapt to changing priorities while working evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be sensitive to guest needs and able to communicate with staff and guests.
• Excellent interpersonal, monetary, organizational and decision‑making skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production activities to meet goals; may serve as Supervisor in Charge.
• Ensure high level of guest and donor service and enforce Easterseals-Goodwill policies.
• Cross-train in all aspects of Goodwill operations and adapt to changing priorities.
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
