Easterseals-Goodwill West Jordan is seeking a supervisor to oversee production activities and ensure guest and donor service excellence in a dynamic nonprofit setting.

The role includes acting as Supervisor in Charge when needed, cross-training across Goodwill operations, and supporting both retail and production tasks as priorities shift. Strong English communication and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of previous experience.
• Sensitive to guest needs and wishes.
• Ability to work with people with disabilities preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• All positions require a background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production activities to meet goals.
• Will serve, at times, as “Supervisor in Charge” of the facility.
• Cross-training in all aspects of Goodwill operations.
• Assist in all aspects of retail and/or production operations as priorities change.
