Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill is seeking a capable supervisor to provide support across production, retail, and donation door operations. The role may act as Supervisor in Charge of the facility and ensure guest and donor service meets our standards.

The position requires cross-training across departments, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and a commitment to enforcing ESGW policies. The ideal candidate will motivate staff and adapt to changing donation flows.

Qualifications

• Must be cross-trained and assist in all aspects of retail, production, and/or Donation Door operations.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Develops a superior workforce through the use of coaching conversations, feedback and by requesting Manager action with any staff that are failing to meet expectations
• Ensures success by motivating and engaging the team; set the example.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to production, retail, and/or donation door as needed.
• Serve as "Supervisor in Charge" of the facility when required.
• Ensure that Easterseals-Goodwill policies and procedures are uniformly enforced and followed.
• Cross-training required in all aspects of Goodwill.
• Move between assignments as priorities change.
• As required or assigned, supervises Goodwill Donation Door activities.
• Must be cross-trained and assist in all aspects of retail, production, and/or Donation Door operations.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
