Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a supervisor to oversee production activities and serve as Supervisor in Charge when needed. You will ensure guest and donor service excellence and enforce ESGW policies while cross-training across retail and production tasks.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to coordinate with teams.

Qualifications

• Sensitive to guest needs and wishes.
• Ability to work effectively with people with disabilities or other special needs preferred.
• Must have computer experience and be competent in internet use and a variety of computer software applications.
• Must have strong interpersonal, communication, monetary, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language in order to communicate with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Production activities to ensure that goals are met.
• May serve as Supervisor in Charge of the entire facility.
• Ensure a high level of guest and donor service.
• Move between assignments as priorities change.
• Cross-train and assist in all aspects of retail and/or production operations.
