Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Senior Production Technician for our IIM BPO operations. This advanced production role covers document preparation, scanning, validation, and indexing, with potential coaching of new hires on processes.

You will log activities, maintain document order, ensure quality, and support batch workflows using Box Tracking System. A high school diploma and data-entry accuracy are required, with 1+ year related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must operate copy machine and/or scanner as assigned.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail in all tasks.
• Able to identify and address scanning or validation issues.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
• Accurate data entry capability.
• 1+ years of related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of all production functions, from document preparation to scanning and validation.
• Assist the ECM BPO Production Manager with training new hires on production processes and procedures.
• Log in and out of the Box Tracking System; manage batches and page quality control.
• Ensure documents remain in exact order, correctly oriented, and properly separated after processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
