Job summary

Applied Innovation is seeking a Production Print Analyst to act as the technical expert for design, implementation, and support of production print solutions across the customer journey. You will assess business needs, tailor hardware and software solutions, and integrate them into efficient workflows.

Responsibilities include working with account executives on sales, presenting solutions, installing systems, and providing ongoing technical support to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience, or 3+ years in a print center or similar environment.
• Valid driver’s license required and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assesses customer needs to identify production print solutions.
• Drives sales of production print software and hardware solutions.
• Delivers technical product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.
• Installs and integrates solutions into customer networks.
• Provides technical support to end users and resolves inquiries.
