Job summary

CTDI is a large-scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company providing services to major wireless, broadband, and cable providers. A Production Manager will oversee production operations across designated shifts, lead a high-performing team, and drive KPI achievement while ensuring safety and quality standards.

With a focus on collaboration, you will coordinate with corporate management, monitor SLAs, and optimize labor and inventory to meet customer demands in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in leadership with P&L/budgets.
• Proficient at managing workloads and deadlines.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, reporting and data analysis.
• Problem-solving with a strategic mindset.
• General knowledge of OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations within designated areas or shifts.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff with training and feedback.
• Monitor KPI targets and provide accurate reporting.
• Ensure adequate inventory levels and staffing.
• Interface with customers and corporate management on SLAs.
• Collaborate with other functions to meet safety, efficiency, and profitability goals.
