Job summary

CTDI is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse activities in a high-volume setting. You will oversee production processes, budgets, and efficiency strategies, driving P&L results while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration with logistics and customer service teams to meet SLAs and improve overall performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in leadership roles within warehouse/production or distribution.
• Experience with P&L/budgets and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with WMS and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure timely, accurate execution.
• Develop policies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Manage reports, daily P&L, and KPI performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock movements.
• Lead and train warehouse staff to drive a high-performing team.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement and customer service.
• Ensure SLAs are met and resolve issues with corporate and customers.
• Utilize WMS and analytics tools for reporting and decisions.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and policy adherence.
