Job summary

CTDI is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee all day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflows and strong P&L results. You will lead a cross-functional team, drive KPI performance, and coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service to meet customer SLAs.

The role emphasizes policy development, inventory optimization, and compliance with health, safety, and industry standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume environment with P&L involvement.
• Proven ability to supervise, motivate, and develop a warehouse team.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Develop and implement policies to streamline workflow and improve productivity.
• Manage reports, analyze data, and participate in daily P&L discussions.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to minimize costs.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and ensure SLAs with customers are achieved.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with logistics, procurement, and customer service.
• Escalate issues to corporate resources as needed and drive process improvements.
• Ensure safety compliance and a safe working environment.
