Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Manager to oversee production workers, ensure targets, quality, and safety, and drive P&L results across shifts. This role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment and collaboration with multiple teams to meet SLAs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of leadership experience, strong problem solving, and proficiency in MS Office and data analysis. UKG Kronos experience is a plus;Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership in high-volume settings with P&L exposure.
• Ability to manage a demanding workload and hit deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Proficiency with MS Office, data analysis, and reporting.
• Understanding of OSHA standards and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to meet targets, quality, and safety goals.
• Manage daily P&L forecasting, labor planning, and scheduling.
• Monitor performance and report KPIs to customers and management.
• Coach and develop warehouse staff; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with other functions to meet SLAs and profitability.
