Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related Agricultural field; or a current student with anticipated graduation.
• Must be able to work an average 48-hour week; weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to shower in and out of farm facilities daily.
• Ability to lead others and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and become certified in all farm department areas.
• Understand pig production processes, animal flow, farm health, genetics, and husbandry.
• Perform hourly tasks under supervision and gain certifications as competence is shown.
• Develop reports on experiences and share opportunities for improvement.
