Rosendin’s Modular Power Solutions (MPS) is seeking a Production Manager II to provide manufacturing oversight for enterprise level developers. The role focuses on coordinating production schedules, supervising technical programs, and ensuring safe, compliant production on mid-to-large projects.

You will mentor junior production staff, drive process improvements, and partner with safety and program teams to meet timelines and customer needs.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of construction and electrical industry required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lead intermediate technical programs as SME for production.
• Proficient with computer usage and Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication; team player.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production programs and ensure consistency on mid-scale projects.
• Drive process improvements and BIG thinking for production efficiency.
• Prepare the bill of materials for each production program.
• Ensure product design is followed on the manufacturing floor.
• Coordinate with labor and scheduling to match demand.
• Maintain QA/QC processes and safe manufacturing practices.
• Collaborate with program management to meet customer needs and timelines.
